This place has definitely gone down hill since i bought my car from here. You make an appointment and the people who do not have an appointment get serviced before the people who made an appointment, so why even make one if you can just show up and get quicker service. My gosh the price of there cars now is insane. My car was 37k when i bought it now it like 50k . I keep getting the same service person and they are not good. Elmer doesn’t really care about his customers. Going to go somewhere else to get my car serviced.

No one mentioned a key benefit, IT'S FREE, a comparable Uber or Lyft would easily cost $20....to the guy complaing about "only 10 miles." Check the price of gas recently and stop being such an cheap, gas half empty, negative miser.

Although you may not feel, hear or see a change in your vehicle's performance, there may be an issue that will only get worse the longer you wait to have it checked.

Sorry, but it would cost more than the vehicle is worth. Might consider selling your vehicle and purchase one with an automatic transmission.
