Yes. It is free to enter, unless there is an event taking place. As long as it's within the hours of the building, you're fine. But not much beside business is taking place in the daytime. Hopes that answers the question.

I've performed there , I'm not sure if it's free to enter normally. It a event venue so I guess they may have a cover on certain days.
