No, it stays in New Orleans. It goes one way and then it goes in reverse back to the station
That proof of the email is fine. They're going to print you actual tickets once u get there. They have your name and the amount of tickets purchased on a list already
I believe it would be best to prepurchase your tickets..they sell out fast, may not be available day you choose to go

Put the kids in the isle seats. Nothing to see out of the window. The train only gets up to about 10 MPH. Straight line for about 2 miles maybe. Stops and reverse back. But- it's Great! My son will NEVER forget it, and I, the look on his face. Hope this helps

I wouldn't recommend this experience if someone is sensitive to bright flashing lights
