Very helpful staff, great customer service. They were accommodating of my requests and also shipped my glasses to another country. Although there was a little back and forth with respect to clarity of the lenses, they made the appropriate corrections. Thank you.

I had a nice experience at my first appointment, but I will not go back because of the second experience I had. I lost one of the lenses in my glasses and went back for a replacement-I was told it would take a week, which is fine, but I needed them sooner for school (finals). The kicker was when she told me my prescription was so tiny that I didn't need glasses?? I was wondering 1. Then why did you sell me glasses? and 2. Why is my vision blurry then? Don't usually leave reviews but that was crazy. Not going back.

I will never go back had to wait for replacement glasses almost two months,and when i receive them the glasses was all scratch up like them came from out their show case. i believe they were trying to make me wait until it was time again with my insurance company.

Depends on the patients prescription. We have an in office lab and can do some same day prescriptions. It also depends on the patients insurance, the have to make the patients glasses. Usually 5-7 days or 7-10 days, that is also based on the add ons that the patients may get on their lenses.

You are probably gonna be waiting a while. They are always busy, but I love Dr. Johnson. Worth the wait.
I'm not sure about that. But I believe you will have to buy another pair. If you dont want to buy from them to get a deal on cheaper glasses, they will give you your prescription.
There's off street parking either in front of the building or across the street or around the corner
