I can't express enough the appreciation I have for the Owner of this remarkable Event Venue. He has worked with me at the last minute to create the most amazing event for my 50th birthday.

Attention Attention Attention Attention: I would not recommend this place of business to no one. If anyone would go with this place. PLEASE BE AWARE if you are planning to have a cash bar, because the employees of that place will STEAL……. Doing my anniversary party this year’s, which have been 9 years of making. I’ve never experienced bad bartenders and management of any kind. The bartenders was taking cash and giving out her cash app info for alcohol that wasn’t for her nor that hall. Now when the situation came about the management didn’t even try to rectify the situation. I had to place someone to watch the bartenders all night. SMDH totally unprofessiona. Within a few minutes after. We all believe that he turned off the A.C. on our event……. Whoever was the security company that was working that night was outstanding. They did everything to the up most respect. I will never go to this hall again…… Brothas for Lyfe Responding back to the owner reply: First of all, I did request one last minute change in contrast to the contract (extra tables) but you were immediately compensated. Secondly, you were aware that this was a motorcycle event and that tables were being sold. Thirdly, the word “TIPS” was on a large ice bucket which faced the inside of the bar, and the bartenders, while their cash app information faced the public. It would have easily been mistaken that cash app to you all, was being accepted for drinks because the tip sign could not be seen from the guest side of the bar. If it was their right to exercise that set up to receive tips, why was that sign removed once it was made known to you all that it was a problem. Only after that was the tip sign placed to face the guest. And the cash app information was removed completely. As far as your bartenders not stealing. One of my guest told me that cash was accepted from him in exchange for drinks, which was wrong on both ends but makes the bartenders thieves because again, it was BFL alcohol. And again, someone was appointed to watch the bar so I know that several money exchanges were made and not talking about tips put in jars. Fourthly the contract did state, handwritten, that you would provide bar staff. But there’s also a contradicting typed line that said ( “alcoholic beverages will be purchased and served through the choice of the client.” I did inform you that my licensed bartender whom I employ every year faithfully would join them. Little did you know we sold tickets directly and not alcohol. As far as the air being turned off. I can’t prove it,but after the event, come to find out several people felt that that was the case while 90 % of my guest had no clue that we had discrepancies. My guest attends several filled events and would know the difference between heat because of a packed house, and heat because there was no air. I hope the heater wasn’t turned on. While the event was a success in spite of; because I was determined for it to be, I just feel like things were handled unprofessional on your end and I just wouldn’t recommend any of my people do business with you because I won’t anymore. And I’m not going back and forth with you.

It's a different price for the weekend vs a weekday. I feel that the prices are reasonable. I think we paid between $1200 and $1400 for a Saturday and that includes the DJ and I think the bartender. My sister handled everything. I hope this helps a little.
