Not to be rude but this is the wrong forum for health related questions. If you are a Kaiser member you should call the number on the back of your card and get a 24 hour advice nurse free or charge. Then they can advise you on the next step you should take.
Go to your physician and find out if it is serious or you just need to do what is necessary for it to heal.
I would go to the Er.
Either contact your primary care physician or if severe enough, go to the ER.
