it was a great pleasure to have breakfast at Dennys in Oakland. Faviola greeted us with a smile and got us seated. We got our food very quickly and it was cooked to our liking. This is one of cleanest Dennys i have visited in Bay area. i will definitely come back

Upon walking in, I was asked to wear a face mask even though several employees behind the counter did not have one on. After I put a face mask on to be seated, I noticed an employee by the name of Dana who never had her face mask on the entire time I was there. Upon several request that she put on a face mask, she never did. The whole time she was waiting on customers and handling food. Why do the customers have to wear a face mask to come in, but your employees don't have to even though they're handling other people's food?!?!

Coffee was way over priced and not fresh. I had two other people along with myself and each one of our meals were not complete or were lacking something...for example I ordered just two pancakes and I had to ask for syrup, my brother was missing his toast and my friend couldn't get a salt shaker for the life of him...plus the bathrooms were dirty

I think they are extremely short handed and a person can only do so much. The owner/ manager needs to get more help and clean and organize etc...
No but they do have all you can eat pancakes for 4 bucks (:
