This location is unsafe for tourists. Our car and one other were robbed in the parking lot right in front of the restaurant during peak lunch rush. An experienced group of thieves target cars coming from the nearby airport rental lots. An employee told us they have car prowlings up to 5 times per day!! The employees were great. They refunded our food, cleaned the glass out of the car, and helped with the police report. And the food we did eat was the great quality expected from the chain. But the rent-a-cop who was there did nothing to prevent the crime (nor would I expect him to). Corporate In-N-Out is negligent in providing their customers a safe environment. Until the crime problem is under control, I would avoid this location. Tourists should drive a little further from the airport and find a safer place to get their In-N-Out fix.

DO NOT GO HERE. SKETCHY STAFF POTENTIALLY IN ON ALL THE CAR BREAK INS. Went inside for 10-20 minutes and come out to see our car was broken into and our bags stolen. The security guard came in while we were eating and stared us down for a few minutes before going back out. He saw our car being broken into and just watched. When we told the staff, they seemed very uncomfortable and dismissive. When we forced them to tell us what car it was (from the security footage) they named the car that the thief's switched too after the break in (we got this info from the police), not the car that they were in when they drove by in and out. This and the security guards behavior makes me think that the staff is somehow involved. This is a terrible place to go, do not recommend unless you want shattered glass in your car.
