If I could give zero stars I would. This JOKE of an association sends out letters ("If the balance below is not paid within 10 days Hammocks will proceed with legal action against you to collect this amount, plus additional interest, cost, and attorney's fees") to new residents telling them they're past due on their payments even though there's no information or ACCOUNT NUMBER given to new residents as soon as they have moved in. You're expected to undergo intense back ground checks prior to closing on your new home, and then presented with silence until they can charge interest on alleged "Past Due" notices with zero ability to pay online (broken site and horrible execution with grammatical errors abound) AND a phone number for "payment" that rings in perpetuity. And to top it all off, they just raised the HOA fees 400%. Stay away.

Today at 12:50pm I walked in with my husband to get my pool Id. The ID was paid and we just had to go in and take the picture. From the minute we walked in and we’re asked why we were there Valeska came out and told us it was impossible and we had to re do the payment in order to get the ID’s. We asked her to look and she refused as she continued being short and just wanted to get rid of us. I explained to Valeska that we had the confirmation picture for the ID which were paid again we asked that she look into our file. Valeska was extremely rude, unprofessional, and just wanted to get rid of us by saying no. I then asked them we get a manger as I didn’t want to continue asking her to do her job. Ninffa the manager came out and she took no responsibility to say I’m sorry or anything. She just wanted to tell us the same thing. We showed her the proof of payments and only then did she acknowledge and said we had to wait in order to get the Id. The staff is extremely unprofessional and they were in a hurry to go get their kids as we didn’t have anything to do but waste our time in this office. For the amount we pay for association the staff has no idea what they are doing and impolite. At the end when I asked the manger for the name that was the only time she took to explain anything. This is a job they took in and should be trained to treat clients with respect.

The place is being run by a woman who has been indicted for fraud and other crimes. Honestly this community is a disaster and has been ever since this woman became involved with community. Now it’s just a bunch of Cubans trying to screw each other so they can later screw the community again! I have had payments dropped in drop box that were never received!

Went into the association in February as I got a generic letter stating all residents must pay their fees - I was confused as mine is on auto draft from a bank account. Julia told me that our auto draft was still in place and that was just a letter they sent out to every resident, even asked if I wanted to cancel our auto draft since the fees were raising in March, to which I said no, please keep it on auto. Now on March 28th we received certified mail from the association saying they haven’t received our payment???! What a joke, this place is so incredibly unorganized, I’ve been hearing about the these situations happening but now it’s happened to my household as well. For $370 a month you’d think they know what they are doing.

It varies by neighborhood. Some of the condos have hundreds. The single family homes range in the 100s
