CPK is actually better than most when it comes to gluten free. They offer four pizzas that they certify as prepared using procedures approved the The Gluten Intolerance Group. I have never had an issue with any of these four. They can prepare any pizza with the GF crust, but they warn of cross contamination in that case. As always, inform your server of any food allergies or sensitivities even if you order off the GF menu.
They have a gluten free crust and i do not believe that anything is separated. There may be cross contamination and if you're gluten sensitive you may get sick.
