Ordered pizza delivery at 7:15, is now 9:45 and still not here. Called little Cesar's 1.800 at 9 and after a 10 minute wait was told it had just left. 20 minutes later, called door dash. She stated the lady was extremely aggressive and wouldn't give her our order so they've called the police. Now waiting for a return call for little Cesar's for a refund or just transfer the funds as a tip to the poor door dash lady. I wasnt there, so don't know what happened but my pizza clearly isn't here, and there are similar reviews on this store. Horrible customer service. Do yourselves a favor, go to one of the other stores around, 98th is always excellent customer service.

I'm door dashing, which means time is money. The only option they have is drive thru. I started waiting at 8:25 pm. Had to take the heat from customer for something way out of my control. I have tried calling the store 5 times to make arrangements for my door dash. It is 8:45 pm and I still am waiting behind what looks like 7 cars. Thanks little Caesars. Bang up job.

Very rude cashier, it’s not the first time either. Made me wait 20 mins but found out my pizza was ready in less than 10mins. Also, they don’t like to make any pizza after 8 unless it’s classic. No manager unless she was the cashier.

Unprofessional employee don't come and wait in line to call and get brushed aside. Corporate should be ashamed to call this a fast food establishment. Fire or retrain the workers. Coustomer service is key 9 cars deep and she said 5 on the phone
