Just went to pick up a pizza for a friend's kids using her money, going to give her back the change. I get to the window and the man tells me how much, so I hand him a $10. He then opens the window and gives me back $3 and says sorry he can't give me back the change. I tell him it's ok, I can give him the change and ask how much is it. He looks at me for a bit then says he'd have to wait for the next transaction to open up the register. I then reply, "next time let me know beforehand that you can't give me the change back instead of just taking my money." He replied, "I Don't normally work here so watch your attitude." I was dumbfounded and appalled by the disrespect. First that they stole my money (I'm not even upset about the change as the principle here. I Don't just go take something from a store then say I can't give back the food I just ate... They wouldn't give me the pizza if I was short change so why are they ok to just keep mine?) Second the disrespect he showed me after I tried to work with him to get the correct change. I understand this man doesn't represent this whole facility, but maybe just say before taking my money, "I Don't have any change, or exact change only", I would've worked with that. I hope they pass this along to the employees who actually work there and that the man who helped me today doesn't have to assist there again. I can't wait for Dion's to go in. Also, they never have zap packs. Or cookies.

I have never been so offended in my life. I walk in and asked the clerk what is hot and ready he vas very snotty and said all we got is cheese, hot wings and crazy bread. I said really ok I guess give me a cheese and crazy bread. he told me the the total was 16 something and so I said what why is a cheese pizza so expensive that dosen't sound right. Instead of re checking to see if he keyed up the price wrong he told me sir your being hostile and you need to leave! I will never order little Caesars again! I'm going to encourage all my family, friends and co workers to do the same. Talk about horrible customer service If I treated a customer like that at my job I would be fired immediately! this employee was beyond unprofessional, i have never been so awe struck in my entire life. nobody deserves that kind of disrespect.

Wish I could give no stars. Worst service ever the apparent manager Adriana M. Needs to learn how to be a manager her attitude and mouth is ridiculous especially after they messed up the order. Would never recommend this location and will definitely be reporting to corporate office as well as better business bureau.

Very unorganized and you can tell. How can you let people place mobile orders for pickup inside when you have the lobby closed? And then after waiting I still have to join a drive thru line with 13 cars in it just to get one pizza that took 50 minutes to make? Good one guys real critical thinking on that.

Well this place is messed up. I asked for green chili on a pizza. 17 dollars for a specialty. And when I waited 25 minutes for it. It was raw when we got home. My pregnant wife who insisted in this pizza could not even eat it. This is the third time the order is horrible when we got home. Not worth it to go there again.
