I had to leave a message in order to talk with someone about getting remote work from home. That was 8 am this morning still no call back yet and it's afternoon.

I found staff very helpful and empathetic regarding my situation. They explained how the WIOA program works. They are not Department of Labor staff so if you need to speak to someone you can only do that in Enfield Friday afternoons. Otherwise you have to go to Hartford.

Job center is mostly for career help. You would be better off going to a Department of labor office. If you know how to make changes job center does have computer to use.
