Last year, my wife purchased a Honda CR-V from a competitor and that experience was less that good. This year I needed to purchase a car and I also wanted a CR-V. I found one on Lia's website, called and spoke with Mary. From beginning to end, my experience with sales at Lia was excellent. Mary was not aggressive and I never felt like I was being misled. The sales manager (can't remember his name) was thorough and answered every question I had. Flash forward two weeks and my CR-V won't start on a Saturday afternoon. I called Lia and was put in touch with Aaron who said, "Sounds like the battery. Can you jump start it and come and come here?" I was able to start the vehicle and drive to Lia. Despite the service department being closed, they were waiting for me and in two or three minutes, they installed a new battery and sent me on my way. Lia is focused on customer service and they treated me like I was their number one concern. Five stars is the best I can give so that is what they get.

We recently had to do to lia honda in enfield for our vehicle tone checked out, I have to tell you that it is always a great experience dealing with this car dealership and it’s staff especially Ashley Theodore and the service manager!! , as well as the sales staff! Sahel always is most pleasant and accommodating and kind , I would not take my vehicle anywhere else! Okay

Currently there are few cars to choose from. Both new and used are very limited. In fact like most places the used cars in the lot are very high priced. There was absolutely no warranty on majority if not all used cars here. I was disappointed in the sales man here when he showed us a car that definitely had some issues. Plus as we were leaving to go check out another dealership there sales man said to my fiance "so you are not buying today?" Mind you this was the first store we stopped at in our search for a vehicle. Plus not only an I trying to ship around for the right car but I also am going to shop around for the best offer on a loan. Who walks in a car dealer looks at 2 cars and test drives it in the parking lot and then bud it's right away. It was a used car by the way. No way! Not me! Not today my friend! 🚫

I had my Pilot serviced at Lia Honda of Enfield a couple months ago. Among other things I had the wiper inserts replaced. When I left the car shop I noticed a crack on the bottom of my windshield on the passenger's side. The crack was not there when I brought the car in for service. The location of the crack is exactly where the wiper arm touches the windshield. The wiper arm must have slammed down with a force and caused the damage to the glass. When I contacted the service manager I was told, “ That is 0 percent probability that can happen when replacing wiper blades… that did not happen here…” Also, I was told I brought the car in like that. Pretty much I was called a liar. I am disgusted with how I was treated after being a customer for many years and buying 3 cars from them. Will never go back to Lia Honda of Enfield and would definitely not recommend it. Awful way to treat customers.

Approximately 39.99. This price can be higher due to your cars specific maintenance schedule and if you need an air filter cabin filter etc. Please note there may also be a price difference between 4cyl and 6 cyl models marginally. Lia in Enfield, CT. has the best service imho.
