Hi, there is parking underneath the TD Garden, but you have to paid for parking. I am not sure about the shop opening times.

Yes the pro shop is open on Firdays at 10 am. There probably is parking somewhere in the vicinity of TD Garden. I believe there is a parking garage there as well, not sure how expensive it maybe.
