I have seen people requested to store their bags checked across the street at the bar. Save yourself time, plan on storing at bar for cost, or not bring it with.

Yes, but they do check them for weapons, water, etc.
Small bags are usually permitted but i wouldn't walk in there with a backpack packed with stuff. Us here in new England are extra cautious when it comes to sporting events. The security there are very nice people but if they felt suspisious they arent taking any chances
