There is also a small parking area at the end of Popple Bottom Road which is off Great Hill Road via old exit 4 (Sandwich/East Sandwich/Mashpee Exit) off US-6 if entering from Sandwich. The small parking area is meant for hikers & visitors to West Barnstable Conservation Area so it is legal to park here. There is a driveway leading to a house across from the parking area but the home owners are aware of the parking area & they're 2 separate properties. This is where I park when visiting The Deck at Walker Point, it's a 6 - 10 minute walk from parking area to The Lookout Deck. You walk straight in for approx. 4 mins then take your first left at the 4 way intersection (there are old signs on a tree). Continue after taking the left for 2 - 3 mins then take either of the next 2 rights up the steep hill, I recommend the second partially paved option as it's a much easier walk uphill. Take path on right at top of hill & Deck is 1 minute ahead on right.
