Great place. The pig labowski was ok. Had it last year it and was far better. Bartenders spend too much time on their cell phones and not enough time with the customer. Had to wait twice to get noticed as they were deep into texting. Beer is awesome

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

It's a bus converted to a good truck and you order through the window, so there's some distancing already built in. The employees wear masks. Our family is not eating in restaurants and has only been doing outdoor eating or takeout. We felt completely comfortable eating here. They have table set up outside that are spaced out. They have propane heaters to help stay warm.

Are there gluten free optios?

Hello! Our safest option for a gluten free meal would be our brisket or wings. Our rub is completely gluten free. However our oil has come into contact with food that contain gluten so I would specifically ask the window attendant like this: Wings without wet sauce or deep frying, (we have the ability to grill only). Brisket without wet sauce either by the lb. or on our gluten free bread. Always state your allergen before ordering. We can do our best to accommodate but absolute guarantees are not promised. Thank you
