It is normally open approximately 20 minutes after every flight so if you see a flight listed on the website then 20 minutes later you could buy tickets at the counter. Long term parking is easy directly across from the terminal. It is $6 per day for the upper level and $7 per day for the lower level. The lower level is a covered parking area. Keep in mind that the ticket counter closes 45 minutes before every flight so you must either print your boarding pass at home for your flight or have it on your phone.
