I Do not work for Lowe's. Can't really answer your question. You could try going into the Lowe's your asking about & file a Complaint with the store manager.
In the process of TRYING to speak with someone, ANYONE in regards to their delivery system. Over 46 minutes right now. They don't answer their phone. Not a first time. Wished our boss ahopped somewhere that actually offers service. Us going into the store means a 35 minute drive one way. Lowes. Service, PLEASE!
I work there. My phone rings around 6 or 7 times an hour. The front desk phone rings non stop and that's no joke. If you need to speak with a department you should be able to transfer through. The front desk, I doubt it.
Rarely! Just spend 30 with the computer directory! Finally when I was able to reach someone we got disconnected!
Try calling the contacter desk.
Both Lowe's and Home depot are horrible at answering the phone.
