Had a issue with some things. They provided quick service and catered to my working schedule. They have an awesome maintenance person named Pete! He was punctual, Knowledgeable, and top notch professionalism was displayed. I think he is one of the best qualities of this place! Keep it up!

Questions & Answers

Do people ever answer the telephone or are they just a group of automated robots? We have been calling them but no human ever answers the phone. They just send automated text messages. Have you talked to real people at Blue Oak? If so, how?

They won't take care of the repairs. There is black mold growing on the walls toilet is leaking mold inside bathtub . kitchen sick has leak it smells like a sewer
