Hi, let me tell you the honest truth. We looked everywhere from new houses, used houses, other apartments. But it was a sign that Rocklin Ranch kept coming back to us. This complex is AMAZING. From your first introduction to the signing of your lease, you will love it here. The two bedroom downstairs is awesome, (the doorways are ADA width) includes washer dryer, own AC, water heater, nice size kitchen, you can choose two plans one with an actual dinner room or one with a larger open area. The covered patios, just on and on. We are elated to have the Rocklin Ranch company as our new family. So check it out, move here. Oh yes, there very animal friendly (beautiful dog park, and bathing station). Oh yeah, pool, bbq area, and list goes on......10 Stars......
Don't move here...it is not worth it for $2k a month. There are other nicer apartment places that don't have cockroach problems. DON'T move to the first floor, you will hear EVERYTHING above you and will drive you crazy.
