We went into the store and the restaurant with ease. No steps. There is an upstairs which they have an elevator available to customers.

No there isn't. My wife is disabled as well and seating on the first level worked fine for us. I also saw a person with a scooter and in a wheelchair in the restaurant.

I don't believe so, but I do know there's an elevator to get to the 2nd floor
