No. You have to look for it and its tricky

We went two weeks ago and we parked in a lot and paid.

Only street pay parking but it is not terribly expensive. There is a parking garage a block and a half away as well.

Meter or pay parking garages.

There's not a parking lot, from what I could tell. You have to make use of public parking spaces, including parking garages, which cost a few dollars.
