It's online only but we didn't know that and went there had to go online still but were able to get tickets for that day and time Took us less than ten mins to get them

It's better to go online because they will set a appointment up for you and you to come back later.

Online only and you have a time limit as well. We went today and we stayed for 2 hours. Plenty of time to see everything at a leisurely pace. If the kids stop to play at the playground then definitely longer
