Yeah buy ahead, at least for the weekend. We tried to buy at the door and they were sold out. So we bought tickets for the next day while they had availability.
I took my children this past weekend. There are signs stating tickets are only online currently. When we went I had to wait until the next day due to sold out tickets and times online.
Yeah buy ahead if you live far away just to guarantee you a spot but keep in mind it's a very small zoo so you wont b there long
You can get tickets at the door. It is recommended that you purchase them ahead online though. There are limited tickets due to covid, so buying ahead would guarantee entry.
