I am not sure where the key machine is but I just got 1 made for my 2005 2005 Nissan Sentara so I know they still make them.
I know the the parts window in service used to have a key maker machine sitting on the counter. So I would believe they still do. I haven't been inside the lobby in a while to confirm it's still there.
Walmart maybe able to cut one
Good question but I honestly don't know if they can but I would call and ask. They close at 8pm
