It was a lot of fun touring the Sub Hunter plan and walking around the many other Retired Military Jets and Helicopters. The Cafe had good food and very friendly Staff.

It is an old airport terminal. There are out dated bathrooms and restaurant in terminal. Its not the amenities you go for it is the extensive collection of aircraft and veterans who are there that make history alive
Ah, thank you!
There has been no change to it, still @hickoryaviationmuseumnc
It is free to the public. The indoor museum is closed at the moment due to the pandemic, but the outside museum is open.
We only have the S-3 forward section from behind the Tacco and Senso seats forward which was rescued from a complete aircraft scapping. The entire section is completely gutted. There are no complete S-3's available, the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola retains ownership of all USN/USMC aircraft at every museum in the US.
