You need a new one. It's almost impossible to reattach just the bar
I wouldn't do that! Just call and set up an appointment and get the whole thing replaced. Depending on the year of the car. You may be able to do it yourself much cheaper and order the piece online from ebay or amazon. Or just visit a local mechanic they may be able to fix at a better price
