How do you stop an automatic renewal for your 91-year old Mother who is no longer able to go the the store or shop. I spent over a hour on the phone with "customer service" and each person in turn was dumber than the last. It renewal 2 days ago.

Sign into your membership online go to the area that you would use a credit card info and remove the card info
