Yes. And they actually have little doggie poop bags stands throughout. This place is great! You and your dog will love it!!
Okay are we allowed her at dark? April 10th 2019 my grandmother passed away. And ive been wanting to do Chinese lantners... We finally planned to do them this year on her birthday December 23rd. But I wanna make sure its okay... mawmaw loved flowers

As far as I know the rules and regulations do state no entry after dark. However for an event like that you could contact Rock Hill City Hall or consider doing something at Fountain Park in downtown Rock Hill SC. Fountain Park is open till midnight daily if I remember correctly.
This website the park closes at 5:30, but on the park website it says dusk til dawn. It's summer and it doesn't get dark until 8 or 8:30. Is it dusk til dawn or 5:30 p.m. for closing?

No needs to get hurt due to low light vision..dusk is twilight 7-8 is reasonable estimate..No gates so your digression with you kids safety in mind

If you do not set up any structures or equipment (e.g. tent, chairs, speakers...) you can just go in and do it. My sister's wedding was beautiful that way.
The fountains, azaleas in bloom, war memorial, grass fields, lily pond, bridges over the stream, focus areas, sculptures... theres a lot to show off there.. maybe an event during Come See Me.
A far as I know there is no charge. There are usually professional photographers taking family photos in various locations. I have seen wedding photos being taken but I don't know if the edging took place there or not.
