Hi there. I'm one of the host at the park.. You do have to make reservations through the park instead of online to reserve the backcountry sites.. I did see one of my best friends mentioning to make sure you hang your food.. there is definitely a bear in the area.. We camp there a lot and we have seen signs of him many times including his scat on the rocks that you have to cross to get to the other side of the trail.. the Blue Trail is considered a recreation Trail and you can hike it all the way to Crowders Mountain three parks 2 States .. It's called the original trail that takes you to Crowders Mountain you will have to call the office.. I believe the office hours are 11 to 12 and 4 through 5 right now during the winter months because the trading post is closed. $2 each day and each adult.. overnight parking is at Lake Crawford
yes there is a 2$ per person a night fee for back country sites. there are only two back country sites. you have to call the office to reserve them, they can't be reserved online.. also be sure and hang your food in the back country sites, there are definitely bear in the area.. the rustic sites in the campground can be reserved on lone, but I'm not sure of the nightly rate for those..
