They used to,polite way to show good service but like every thing else, times have change, its costing them to dump it my sister had a set of mattresses no way to take to the dump the city, said they would do it for 20dollars but its medal, scrap yard might, did they charge you for the delivery, that's free for 20 miles but over its 50.
I don't think that service is available. You can post it online at Facebook marketplace, somebody will come get it immediately
