Impossible to speak with a human on the phone. My package did not arrive and through an email it said that I wasn’t available to drop it off at my home which is not true because I was home and did not require a signature. Pathetic service!!!

None of the carriers are supposed to knock, just leave the parcels. They get crushed from the sorting and transport, not from the carriers. They leave them as they're recieved.
