I'm pretty sure it's not far apart. KEHO is close to downtown Shelby. I fly in and out of KEHO regularly and they do have a courtesy car.
Very small airport basicly only local pilots there
Give them a call at 704.487.1161. They should be able to arrange that for you.
Shelby has no regularly scheduled flights. You may be able to have the FBO fly you there for a fee though.
