I reserved the equipment online and that was great. When I got to the Shelby NC store for pick up The young man at the counter {Carter} was very rude. He charged me more than I was told when I reserved the at the service number. Then he got smart starting I was told wrong on the price for the grinder pads for the equipment, so he charged over for that per his manager. He also did not go over how to operate the equipment. I asked but he just pointed to the start button. I had several problems with the equipment so I had to call 6 times to get someone to fix these issues. Brad the manager was somewhat trying to fix the issue but stated how do we fix this because I have other issues to deal with. So I will NOT ever use this store or company again. I refuse to pay for crappie equipment and definitely will not be talked down to or deal with rude people. I do NOT recommend this company!!!!
