The absolute WORST customer service EVER! We live on a dead end road and apparently the driver is unable to turn the truck around at the end of the road without damaging people's property. So, he now backs up the road and was getting out to move the cans on our side of the road to the other side. The he would empty them and leave our can across the road in our neighbor's yard. He yelled at my daughter when she asked him to put it back on our side and said we were supposed to have it across the road even though we NEVER received any sort of notification from Republic. Today, April 28, 2022, he decided to just leave our garbage in our can and empty all the others on the road. And when you call in about it, they just say they'll reschedule the pickup for Monday. Cancelled the service...I'd rather take it to the dump myself than fight with them anymore.

Never on time. Each week have to leave trash at road for two to three days hoping they come pick it up. Not worth the trouble. Rather haul it off myself if your not gonna show up. Keep having to fill out missed pick ups.

Recycle calendars can be mailed to individuals that request it.
Our recycle trucks dump the load at a local recycle site. They sort the materials at that site.
