Assemble it yourself you lazy bum.
Because employees there are being paid to work and not fulfilling their job obligation and the management there are the same way so no one is being held accountable.
If they refused did you not ask THEM why. How would we know
Are you talking about 2016, because today is 9 days before Christmas.
If you wanted it assembled immediately they may not have had the help on hand....it might be something you could have scheduled for a later pick up.
They are usually booked with things they do but not sure why they wouldn't assemble a bicycle ..
