If you have receipt they will. If not they will issue gift card for the amount you purchased
If you paid cash or debit card and have your receipt they will refund in cash. If you used a credit card, it refunds back to it and if you don't have your receipt then they refund it as a giftcard.
They actually do but yes the receipt is a must....
