I can't find anyone in town to do a spiral perm with true spiral rods, do you do them?

I don't know the color, but I've had several people try to do a spiral on regular rods and I look like a poodle. The curls were too tight. I used to have a man that did a spiral perm with really long rods and the curls hung loose & longer
