Belk optical permanently closed Nov 2017. Its a pity. I loved my glasses from there.

If you mean gift card the Belk gift card balance area on the website should tell you after entering in gc number. In store they could tell you. You may be able to scan it at the price checker. There usually is a phone number on back of care to call. On a receipt it usually tells you how much is remaining too.
