Does your gym have exercise bikes ? Do I have to come in to sign up to be a member if my health insurance includes free gym membership?

Hi Ginny yes we do after exercise bikes. We are staffed 10-7 Monday through Thursday, 12-4 Friday and 10-2 Saturday. Stop in anytime and we can answer any questions you have. Thank you

Yes there is a exercise bike, I’m sure you would have to go in on weekdays between 10-3 (ring the doorbell) and talk with the staff member regarding the health insurance.
