No. None of the Costco in New York sells Kirkland liquor. You would have to go to New Jersey for that.
It does have a liquor store and an enormous Total Wine store in the same parking lot.
Have never seen liquor (any brand) or wine on display inside the store. See David Finkelstein's reply. Those stores are separate.
Just found out it's the Costco in oceanside that sells Kirkland liquor, I'm gonna have to take a trip out there
