You could go to the store, they are probably overwhelmed
I would contact stores customer services first explaining that you can't get through to the optical center if you still are not able I would contact home office and explain that you are a paying $$ member and that you are not receiving customer service from the optical department by phone 👓 hope this was helpful 👍
