go to the membership desk, they will all for your info and ID which will help them look up your account. They will then snap a new photo for you and produce a new photo ID. While prices Sotheby's take more then 5 mins, however be prepared to wait in line. good luck!

Customer service. They are quick and efficient. Give you another card right there.

Go to the customer service and show your ID and they'll give you a new card.
