That doesn't sound right. I bought a 2019 Nissan Rouge SV two days ago. It had all of the floor mats in place...in addition to one advertising the dealership. It sounds to me as though someone forgot to put the mats back in when they finished detailing the car for final delivery. My experience with Crown Nissan has been off the charts for excellence. I would contact the sales person or sales manager.
Indeed. It's a silly thing sales people do to save literally $10 in costs. The message is "don't give your loyalty to this car company" because they obviously care more about $10 more profit than they do about customer satisfaction.
