Angel Reyes was my sales person. I walked in and was immediately greeted and he listened while I expressed my concerns and needs when buying a new/used vehicle. He gave me some options and I didn’t feel forced to make any decision. He was very transparent. I would definitely refer him to anyone who is looking to buy a new/used vehicle!

I like taking my car here because it’s convenient and close to the house but the service as far as explaining what was done and anything related to the inspection is below par. No print out of anything they did or checked. Also this is the second time I’ve had all four tires rotated and they have come back four different pressures… farthest apart are 5 psi, which seems a little odd.

That doesn't sound right. I bought a 2019 Nissan Rouge SV two days ago. It had all of the floor mats in place...in addition to one advertising the dealership. It sounds to me as though someone forgot to put the mats back in when they finished detailing the car for final delivery. My experience with Crown Nissan has been off the charts for excellence. I would contact the sales person or sales manager.

Not sure about the cost of the cabin air filter, may be about $20. It is easy to install. About 15 minutes start to finish.
