A gem of a home improvement DIY place!

A year ago, this Ace Hardware was the best of the best. Ultra organized, Clean with helpful associates. That was my experience, less than a year ago. Today, I returned to purchase some HVAC filters. I was shocked , never a store so disorganized and empty boxes on the shelf! Looks like someone simply threw merchandise in the aisle floors. Looked like a horder's home. Couldn't believe how this once fine store fell into such a disarray .

This store is exactly why I prefer my local hardware store over the big box retailers. Not only are they friendly, but the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful regardless of my needs. If you're looking for a hard to find screw, just a foot of PVC pipe, or a specific tool, this is the place to go!! Thank you!
