They have a full time staff. Should not have a problem with answering calls. I not sure about emails. Let them know your concern. Feedback is always good.
They are very good at getting back with me. Are you trying to reach the hospital or the rescue?
Your better off going to one one of their events or the main office to speak to someone.
They've always answered the phone when I call. You need to listen to the options when the automated system answers the phone, and then key the proper option number, and then it will connect you with a live person.
Never tried email. Phone is hit or miss depending how busy it is. If I get the voicemail, I just call back. Other than initially getting someone on the phone, I've never had any issues with this place. All four of my animals were spayed/neutered and vaccinated by Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital.
