Yes you can use your own tube make sure is not bigger than 55 inches. the thing with the transportation is one person pays for the ride back where you park and the rest of the group can wait, that way you can save money. It will be good idea to call and make sure they still open since is off season. also try to be early in the morning because the parking space is limited.
So the issue with using your own tube is getting back to the car. You can go into the park but you need transportation.
